At The Muse Edition®, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn fashion pieces. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
